Student and family data

Ladder to Five is an independent study service. Schools or families using the service should provide any consent required for minors. Administrators access learner information only for support, safety, and product operations.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while an account is active and as needed for security or legal obligations. Users may request account deletion or correction through the contact page.

Service providers

Authentication, hosting, database, email, and payment providers process limited information on our behalf under their own security obligations.
