What examiners penalize here
- In interpersonal speaking and writing, giving advice is a near-guaranteed task. Prepare go-to subjunctive stems: *Te recomiendo que…*, *Es importante que…*, *Ojalá que…*. Deploying two or three correctly signals advanced control of mood, a key rubric descriptor.
- Watch register in the interpersonal tasks: many work and school contexts call for **usted** and formal phrasing (*Le agradezco su tiempo*), while messages to friends use **tú**. Matching formality to the audience is an explicit rubric criterion — read the prompt for who you are addressing.
