What this unit covers

What examiners penalize here
- In fill-in-the-blank grammar items, first find the noun the adjective describes, decide its **gender and number**, then apply the ending. Reading the whole sentence for the referent prevents the most common agreement errors.
- For pronoun items, name the pronoun’s job before choosing: is it the **direct object**, an **indirect object with à**, or a **reflexive** turning the verb on the subject? Labeling the role first makes the correct form obvious.
Practice French Lang
Our practice bank is drawn from across the whole course rather than filtered to one unit, which is closer to how the exam asks anyway — it will not tell you which unit a question is testing.
