What examiners penalize here
- For agreement items, first find the noun the adjective describes and note its **gender and number**, then decide whether the adjective is **Class 1** (four forms: -o/-a/-i/-e) or **Class 2** (two forms: -e/-i). That two-step check prevents the most common errors.
- For pronoun items, name the pronoun’s job before choosing: is it the **direct object**, an **indirect object with a**, or a **reflexive** turning the verb on the subject? Labeling the role first makes the correct form clear.
Practice Italian Lang
Our practice bank is drawn from across the whole course rather than filtered to one unit, which is closer to how the exam asks anyway — it will not tell you which unit a question is testing.
